This Policy is provided in Japanese and English. The Japanese version is the official text and shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency. The English version is provided for convenience only.

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy sets forth how user information is handled in the iOS app "QR Code Inspector" (the "App").

2. Information Collected

2.1 Collection by the Operator

The Operator does not collect, store, or share personal information identifiable to the user on the Operator's servers.

The App is designed not to transmit user data to the Operator's or third parties' servers, except for communications necessary for advertising (Google AdMob) and in-app purchases (Apple/StoreKit); however, incidental communications may occur due to OS/SDK specifications.

2.2 On-Device Processing and Storage

  • QR scanning and parsing are performed on the device.
  • Scan results and history are stored within the device (the App's data area) and are not transmitted to the Operator's servers.
  • Depending on settings, an image captured during scanning (corrected/aligned PNG) may be stored as part of history. Such images are also stored only on the device.

3. Use of Third-Party Services

3.1 Advertising (Google AdMob)

The App uses Google AdMob for ad delivery and measurement. AdMob may collect and use information such as:

  • Advertising Identifier (IDFA), if permitted
  • IP address and device information (model, OS, language, app version, etc.)
  • Approximate location inferred from IP address, etc.
  • Events such as ad impressions and clicks

3.2 In-App Purchases (Apple/StoreKit)

The App uses Apple StoreKit to purchase/restore the non-consumable "Remove Ads." Communication with Apple's servers occurs as necessary to verify and restore purchase status. The Operator does not transmit transaction information to the Operator's own servers.

4. Tracking, Consent, and Controls

4.1 App Tracking Transparency (ATT)

  • On iOS 14.5 and later, if IDFA is used for advertising tracking purposes, the OS permission prompt may be displayed. If permission is not granted, IDFA is not used and contextual ads may be shown.

4.3 Ad Display Control (In-App)

The App offers "Remove Ads." After purchase, the App does not display ads (behavior may be affected by OS/SDK specifications).

5. Retention Period

  • The Operator does not store user data on the Operator's servers.
  • On-device history and images are retained until the user deletes them.
  • Retention and use periods for data collected by AdMob follow Google's policies.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not primarily intended for children under 13. The Operator does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Security

  • The App does not transmit or store user data on the Operator's servers. On-device data is protected by the OS sandbox.
  • Communications related to ads and purchases are protected by secure mechanisms (e.g., HTTPS) provided by each platform/SDK.

8. Provision to Third Parties

The Operator does not provide user information to third parties. Data handling related to advertising follows Google (AdMob) policies, and transaction information related to purchases follows Apple policies.

9. User Rights and Data Deletion

  • Deleting history/images: Users can delete them using in-app features.
  • Deleting the App: Uninstalling the App deletes data stored within the App on the device.
  • Tracking/ad controls: Users can control these via device tracking settings and Google Ads settings.

10. Legal Compliance and Disclosure

The Operator does not disclose information unless required by laws/regulations or requests from public authorities.

11. Changes to This Policy

This Policy may be revised as necessary. If a material change is made, it will be announced within the App or on the distribution page, etc.

本プライバシーポリシーは、iOSアプリ「QR Code Inspector」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者情報の取扱いについて定めるものです。

2. 収集する情報

2.1 運営者による収集

運営者は、利用者を特定できる個人情報を運営者のサーバーで収集・保存・共有しません。

本アプリは、広告配信（Google AdMob）およびアプリ内課金（Apple/StoreKit）に必要な通信を除き、運営者または第三者のサーバーへユーザーデータを送信しないよう設計しています（ただし OS/SDK の仕様により、付随的な通信が発生する場合があります）。

2.2 端末内での処理/保存

  • QRコードの読み取り・解析は端末上で行われます。
  • 読み取り結果や履歴は端末内（アプリのデータ領域）に保存され、運営者のサーバーへ送信されません。
  • 履歴には、設定により読み取り時の画像（補正/軸揃え済みPNG）が保存される場合があります。これらも端末内に保存されます。

3. 第三者サービスの利用

3.1 広告配信（Google AdMob）

本アプリは広告配信・計測のため Google AdMob を使用します。AdMob は広告の配信・効果測定の目的で、以下の情報を取得・利用する場合があります。

  • 広告識別子（IDFA：許可された場合）
  • IPアドレス、端末情報（機種、OS、言語、アプリバージョン等）
  • おおよその位置情報（IPアドレス等に基づく推定）
  • 広告表示・クリック等のイベントデータ

3.2 アプリ内課金（Apple/StoreKit）

本アプリは非消耗型「広告非表示」の購入/復元のため、Apple の StoreKit を利用します。購入状況の確認・復元に必要な範囲で Apple のサーバーと通信が行われます。運営者が取引情報を運営者のサーバーへ送信することはありません。

4. トラッキング・同意・制御

4.1 App Tracking Transparency（ATT）

  • iOS 14.5 以降、広告目的のトラッキングに IDFA を利用する際は、OS標準の許可ダイアログを表示する場合があります。許可しない場合、IDFA は使用されず、文脈に基づく広告（コンテキスト広告）が表示される場合があります。

6. 子どものプライバシー

本アプリは子ども（13歳未満）を主な対象としていません。13歳未満の個人情報を意図的に収集しません。

7. データの安全管理

  • 本アプリは利用者データを運営者サーバーに送信・保存しません。端末内のデータは OS のサンドボックスで保護されます。
  • 広告配信や課金に関する通信は、各プラットフォーム/SDKにより安全な通信手段（例：HTTPS）で行われます。

8. 第三者提供

運営者が利用者情報を第三者へ提供することはありません。広告配信に伴うデータの取扱いは Google（AdMob）のポリシー、課金に関する取引情報は Apple のポリシーに従います。

9. 利用者の権利とデータの削除

  • 履歴・画像の削除：アプリ内機能で削除できます。
  • アプリの削除：アンインストールすると、端末内に保存されたデータは削除されます。
  • トラッキング・広告の制御：端末設定や Google 広告設定で制御できます。

10. 法令遵守・開示

法令・規制または公的機関の要請に基づき開示が必要な場合を除き、運営者は情報を開示しません。

11. 本ポリシーの変更
