0. Language

These Terms are provided in Japanese and English. The Japanese version is the official text and shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency. The English version is provided for convenience only.

1. Scope

These Terms of Service ("Terms") set forth the conditions for using the iOS app "QR Code Inspector" (the "App").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, the user ("User") is deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

3. Services Provided

The App provides features for scanning, parsing, visualizing, and managing scan history of QR codes.

The App may display advertisements (Google AdMob) and offers a non-consumable in-app purchase to remove ads.

The App does not provide any mechanism for the Operator to collect, store, or sync user information via the Operator's own servers. Scan results and history are stored on the device in principle.

4. Requirements and Notes

Use of the App requires a compatible device/OS, camera permission, etc. Any communication charges incurred are the User's responsibility.

The App does not guarantee always accurate scanning or parsing results.

QR code contents (links, text, etc.) are created by third parties. The Operator makes no warranties regarding their safety, accuracy, legality, or any other aspect. Access to external links and third-party content is at the User's own discretion and responsibility.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not engage in any of the following:

• Acts that violate laws or public order and morals, or may do so
• Acts that infringe third-party rights or interests (including intellectual property and privacy rights)
• Unauthorized access, reverse engineering, analysis, modification, copying, redistribution, or any act that interferes with operation/security of the App
• Fraudulent use of in-app purchase features, improper acquisition of payment benefits, or license circumvention
• Scanning, saving, or sharing others' QR codes without permission or otherwise infringing rights
• Acts that damage the credibility of the App or other conduct deemed inappropriate by the Operator

6. Advertisements and In-App Purchases

The App may display ads via Google AdMob. Ad content and delivery conditions are governed by Google's policies.

Purchasing the non-consumable in-app purchase "Remove Ads" disables ad display in the App for the Apple ID used. After reinstalling or changing devices, the purchase can be restored via the App Store "Restore Purchases" feature.

Billing, refunds, and related handling are subject to Apple's terms and policies. The Operator does not participate in Apple's payment processing and cannot guarantee refund eligibility or outcomes.

After "Remove Ads" is purchased, the App is designed not to display ad placements and not to perform communications for ad delivery purposes; however, incidental communications may occur due to OS/SDK specifications.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights related to the App (including programs, designs, documents, etc.) belong to the Operator or legitimate right holders.

The User may use the App as a non-exclusive, non-transferable license within the scope of these Terms.

"QR Code" is a registered trademark of DENSO WAVE INCORPORATED.

8. Privacy

Handling of user information in the App is governed by the separate Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer

The Operator makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App's provision, functionality, availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, usefulness, etc.

To the extent permitted by law, the Operator shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the User or third parties arising from use of the App, including direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, data loss, loss of opportunity, or business interruption.

The Operator may be unable to provide all or part of the App due to communication failures, OS/device specification changes, the status of stores or third-party services (Apple/Google, etc.), force majeure, or other reasons.

10. Third-Party Services

The App uses Google AdMob for ad delivery and Apple StoreKit for in-app purchase processing. The terms and privacy policies of those services apply.

The Operator is not liable for damages arising from changes, interruptions, or other issues related to third-party services.

11. Suspension and Termination

If the User violates these Terms, the Operator may, without prior notice, suspend use of the App or take other necessary measures.

The User may terminate use at any time by uninstalling the App.

12. Changes to the Terms

The Operator may modify these Terms as necessary. If a material change is made, it will be announced within the App or on the website, etc. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes agreement to the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.

Any dispute between the Operator and the User regarding the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance of the Shizuoka District Court, Hamamatsu Branch, or the Hamamatsu Summary Court.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

本規約は日本語を正文とし、英語版は参考訳です。両者に相違がある場合は日本語版が優先します。

1. 適用

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、iOSアプリ「QR Code Inspector」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。

ユーザーが本アプリをダウンロード、インストール、または利用した場合、ユーザーは本規約に同意したものとみなします。

3. 提供内容

本アプリは、QRコードの読み取り、解析、可視化、履歴管理の機能を提供します。

本アプリは、広告の表示（Google AdMob）および広告を非表示にするためのアプリ内課金（非消耗型）を提供します。

本アプリは、運営者が独自サーバーを用いてユーザー情報を収集・保存・同期する仕組みを提供しません。読み取り結果や履歴は原則として端末内に保存されます。

4. 利用環境・注意事項

本アプリの利用には対応端末・OS、カメラ権限等が必要です。利用にかかる通信料はユーザーの負担となります。

本アプリは常に正確な読み取り・解析結果を保証するものではありません。

QRコードの内容（リンク先、テキスト等）は第三者が生成したものであり、その安全性・正確性・合法性等について運営者は一切保証しません。外部リンクの閲覧等はユーザー自身の判断と責任で行ってください。

5. 禁止事項

ユーザーは、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。

• 法令または公序良俗に反する行為、またはそのおそれのある行為
• 第三者の権利・利益（知的財産権、プライバシー権等）を侵害する行為
• 不正アクセス、リバースエンジニアリング、解析、改変、複製、再配布等、本アプリの運営・セキュリティを妨げる行為
• 課金機能の不正利用、決済の不正取得、ライセンスの回避
• 他人のQRコード等を無断で読み取り・保存・共有するなど、権利侵害となる行為
• 本アプリの信用を損なう行為、その他運営者が不適切と判断する行為

6. 広告の表示とアプリ内課金

本アプリは Google AdMob による広告を表示する場合があります。広告の内容・配信条件は Google のポリシーに従います。

アプリ内課金「広告非表示」（非消耗型）を購入すると、当該 Apple ID において本アプリの広告表示を停止します。再インストールや機種変更後は、App Store の「復元」機能で購入状態を復元できます。

課金・返金等の取扱いは Apple の規約・ポリシーに従います。運営者は Apple の決済処理に関与せず、返金可否等を保証できません。

「広告非表示」購入後は、広告表示枠を表示せず、広告配信を目的とした通信を行わないように設計しています（ただし OS/SDK の仕様により、付随的な通信が発生する場合があります）。

7. 知的財産権

本アプリに関する一切の権利（プログラム、デザイン、文書等）は運営者または正当な権利者に帰属します。

ユーザーは、本規約の範囲内で、本アプリを非独占的かつ譲渡不可のライセンスとして利用できます。

「QR Code」はデンソーウェーブの登録商標です。

8. プライバシー

本アプリのプライバシーに関する取扱いは、別途定めるプライバシーポリシーに従います。

9. 免責事項

運営者は、本アプリの提供、機能、可用性、正確性、適合性、有用性等について、明示または黙示を問わず、いかなる保証もしません。

本アプリの利用（読み取り結果、外部リンクの閲覧、第三者コンテンツの参照、広告の表示等を含む）によりユーザーまたは第三者に生じた損害（直接・間接・付随的・特別・結果的損害、データ消失、機会損失、業務中断等）について、運営者は法令で認められる範囲で責任を負いません。

通信障害、OS/端末の仕様変更、ストアや第三者サービス（Apple/Google等）の提供状況、不可抗力等により本アプリの全部または一部を提供できない場合があります。

10. 第三者サービス

本アプリは、広告配信に Google AdMob、課金処理に Apple の StoreKit を利用します。各サービスの利用条件・プライバシーポリシーが適用されます。

運営者は、第三者サービスの提供内容・変更・中断等に起因する損害について責任を負いません。

11. 利用停止・解除

ユーザーが本規約に違反した場合、運営者は事前の通知なく本アプリの利用停止その他必要な措置を講じることができます。

ユーザーは本アプリをアンインストールすることで、いつでも利用を終了できます。

12. 規約の変更

運営者は、必要に応じて本規約を変更できます。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内またはウェブサイト等で告知します。変更後にユーザーが本アプリを利用した場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。

13. 準拠法・裁判管轄

本規約の準拠法は日本法とします。

本アプリに関して運営者とユーザーとの間で紛争が生じた場合、静岡地方裁判所 浜松支部または浜松簡易裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

14. 分離可能性

本規約のいずれかの条項が無効または執行不能と判断された場合でも、残りの条項は引き続き有効に存続します。
